# Lucy signature evidence search

Lucy PREP · 4/23 gate · no execute. Bounded read-only local evidence recovery, 9/7/2026.

**Tony's 60-to-20 reduction request is present in the actual Telegram export. The exact 20-character format is NOT FOUND in the inspected sources.** It must not be silently replaced with the older 21-character Hermes proposal or 16-digit Phone Hub code.

## Findings

| Evidence | What is verified | What is not established |
|---|---|---|
| Telegram message **3998**, **9/5/2026 3:09:43 PM PDT**, by **T Loc24** | Tony explicitly says the signature was reduced from 60 to 20 characters and says time belongs in it. | No exact 20-character value, parser, or implementation is attached to that message. |
| Messages **3999–4001**, immediately following | A menu/deep-link question steers the run; Hermes records a redirect and responds about Telegram UI. | No answer supplies the requested reduced signature. Subsequent replies through the export's end continue long stamps. |
| Telegram message **489**, **8/20/2026 10:05:02 PM PDT** | Hermes proposed `LSD-H-826-7922-VT-369`; the same text exists in `SESSION_RECEIPT_20260820.md`. | This is **21 ASCII characters**, contains no time, and is not proof of the later 20-character format. |
| `COMMS_HUB_TOKEN_K27_60_2026-08-24.md` | Exact packet string below recomputes to **60 ASCII characters**. | This packet stamp is distinct from LSD relay sign-offs. Its text is not a cryptographic signature. |
| Local `k27-system-deploy/phone-hub/index.html` | `STAMP(d, who)` at line **968** constructs a real-date stamp and enforces length **60** using `slice(0,60).padEnd(60,'-')`. `stampHtml(when)` at **1802** paints that result, or labels missing original time unavailable. | A local implementation is not current public deployment or phone acceptance evidence. No 20-character renderer was found here. |
| Same local source, line **1051** | `digit16(when,n)` makes date/time plus a two-digit sequence; the related proposed code example has **16 digits**. | It is not the requested 20-character format or a cryptographic verifier. |
| `TONY_LEXICON.md`, line **142** | Source definition: **LSD = “Lucy in the Sky of Diamonds”**, with `LSD-{LANE}-{VERSION}-{YYYYMMDD}-{HHMM}-{SUFFIX}-VT-369`. | The source's phrase “relay authentication signature” is terminology; the label alone proves neither identity nor that any file was read. |

The related **Signature + Unified** task covers native HTML/Cloudflare D1 versus Formsite e-signing, plus Unified architecture. Its current checkpoint and check-in do not define this Lucy message stamp. The shared word “signature” should not merge those separate jobs.

## Exact strings and measured lengths

| Kind | Exact text | ASCII characters |
|---|---|---:|
| Documented packet stamp | `-12:16:00am.pt-Sat.08-22-2026-K27S-M5.001.DP-TS,001-$&%-888-` | **60** |
| Hermes short proposal, 8/20 | `LSD-H-826-7922-VT-369` | **21** |
| Hermes visible sign-off, 9/5 | `LSD-HERMES-20260905-7922-VARTTRARIAN-369` | **40** |
| Proposed Phone Hub corner code | `2026082421350551` | **16** |
| Requested newer reduction | **NOT FOUND** | Requested **20** |

Counts were recomputed with Python `len()` from the exact ASCII strings, without surrounding Markdown or emoji. They are not estimated.

## Verbatim message evidence

All excerpts below come from `/Users/kali27/Desktop/Telegram Desktop/ChatExport_2026-09-05/result.json`, chat **h5 Hermes-888**. SHA-256: `8b90019d9f14d704f5b20d91570c892381665588c5102fdf23830df67261fbef`; **4,500,773 bytes**, **3,673 messages**, from **8/20/2026 2:50:46 AM** through **9/5/2026 11:03:36 PM** in the export. PT values were verified against each selected message's Unix timestamp.

> Can you read the entire dispatch thread right now and do a full report? When you're at 0:40 am, does that mean this was at 12:00 am last night? That's why the signature should have the time in it. More important, we cleaned up the signature and the timestamp, and we created a 60-character one down to a 20-character one. Hopefully, we can find all this shit.

> We need to start getting efficient. For example, we don't need the zeros, the date, or the full year. Now, how do I get that? That's why I need it. Exactly, we need a blend. True, Lucy, you never even answered. LSD, did you? You didn't give the cash prize. Remember, this is where, if you're gonna see it, just read through the threads.

> LSD = Lucy in the Sky of Diamonds. 🎵

The same message also claimed “Locked Signed Deliverable” as a second meaning; that claim is preserved in the snippet JSON, but no inspected original established it as current canon. “Lucid Systematic Delivery” in 489 is contradicted almost immediately and by the lexicon. Neither expansion should replace the verified lexicon definition.

The `#20` here is a reply counter, not the length of a newly shortened signature. Full selected messages with IDs, raw dates, Unix timestamps, and PT conversions are preserved in [signature-message-snippets.json](signature-message-snippets.json).

## Source lineage and remaining gap

The **9/4** `_PROPOSED/00_SEARCH_STAMPS_GUARDRAILS_2026-09-04.md` found the 60-character packet and 16-digit sibling, and reported no 20-digit live hit. Tony's **9/5** message is newer and explicitly says the reduction existed. The older search does not disprove his newer statement. It supplies source pointers, not authority to ignore the requested recovery.

The exact strongest next pointer is **the Dispatch thread Tony names in message 3998**, specifically its signature/timestamp cleanup before **9/5 3:09 PM PDT**. The export does not identify a conversation ID for that cleanup. Message 4002 mentions the generic `Claude.ai/code/agent` surface, which does not uniquely identify the missing conversation. This audit did not open external Dispatch or retrieve hidden sessions.

The inspected local sources prove older implementations and recorded sign-offs, not universal current adoption. Recovered “4D,” “auth code,” “proves protocols loaded,” and “all locked” statements from old Hermes messages remain historical claims. No identity verification, signature validation, replay protection, or independent read receipt follows merely from typing an LSD label.

## Custody receipt

Read-only scope: H5/Jenny/Signature task output pointers, the preserved Telegram export, related current Sanguinese shelf metadata, and linked M5 METATRON stamp source/receipts. Root controller separately owns canonical Lucy verification and the app integration. `00_MODE.txt` first line was **build**; no runtime or transport health claim was made from it.

[SIGNATURE_SOURCE_MANIFEST.json](SIGNATURE_SOURCE_MANIFEST.json) records **20 source paths with full SHA-256 values**, source sizes/mtimes, exact tokens and lengths, scope, and the selected message IDs. No canonical file, app source, configuration, service, model session, or external message changed. No whole private chat was copied into this output; only 13 relevant selected messages were extracted.

## Final bounded Dispatch follow-up

An additional search covered **41 top-level `_CONTROL` Dispatch/Cowork Markdown files dated September 3–5**, plus the current Codex Dispatch bridge checkpoint/check-in and the September 6 Claude session inventory: **44 files**, with their hashes and matching lines preserved in [signature-dispatch-followup.json](signature-dispatch-followup.json). No exact 20-character signature or reduction implementation was found.

`/Users/kali27/Desktop/01_ACTIVE/_CONTROL/DISPATCH_THREAD_LOG_20260905.md` exists and was read fully. It explicitly describes itself as a manually maintained running summary, and does not contain the signature cleanup. Its linked `local_638ac810-7157-4f81-a691-58d2834102c7` session is the Home video/beat build owner, not identified evidence for signature reduction. The current bridge inventory likewise provides no exact cleanup conversation ID. No unrelated raw conversation histories were opened.

The source boundary is now exhausted for this follow-up. **Exact newer 20-character value: NOT FOUND.** Tony's newer claim remains preserved as an unresolved locating request. No replacement format was invented or adopted.
